The short answer
Water from a Beko BFBF refrigerator appears at the bottom of the cabinet, and on this bottom-freezer that means the defrost drain behind the freezer drawer has frozen. What you observe

Check in this order, and why
- Decide whether the water is under the drawer or behind the cabinet — First, because those are different systems and it removes most of the list.
- Empty the drawer and look at the base of the rear panel — Second. Ice sheeting across the drawer floor is the drain.
- Thaw the drain with warm water poured slowly — Third, with the cabinet unplugged, repeating rather than forcing it.
- On an IM code, trace the supply line to its connection — Fourth, because a weeping fitting and a displaced drain tube leave water in the same place.

Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Shut off the water supply before touching an ice-maker connection. Mop before working. Never clear a frozen drain with a metal probe, because the evaporator tubing sits immediately behind that panel.
