Problem classes in frequency order
- Drainage faults — Reported more than any other fault on this line, and for a structural reason: the filter stack sits directly over the pump inlet, so one obstruction stops filtration and drainage together.
- Cleaning and drying complaints — Next, and usually the same blockage at an earlier stage. Both spray arms draw through that stack, so the wash degrades weeks before the drain ever fails.
- Leaks at the door or the base — Third. The door gasket is a single moulded strip, so a hardened or lifted section breaks the seal along the whole edge rather than at a point.
- No-start conditions — Fourth and usually not a fault at all: a latch that has not engaged, a control lock, a delay setting or a closed supply tap account for most of them.
