The short answer
A countertop Jeenow machine has one connection the built-in machines do not: the faucet adaptor. That is where these leaks usually start, and it is visible without moving anything. The hoses and their fittings come next, then the door seal. A unit that is moved, connected and disconnected repeatedly fails at its connections long before it fails inside.

Causes, most likely first on a Jeenow dishwasher
- Faucet adaptor or its coupling — Id: adapter — The adaptor on the tap takes the whole supply pressure, and it loosens with use. A drip there runs along the hose and reaches the floor as a puddle. First on a countertop machine: it is the only pressurised joint the owner makes themselves, and it is the commonest source.
- Inlet or drain hose fittings weeping — Id: hoses — Second: the connections under the sink and behind the kickplate weep long before they burst, so the first sign is a damp patch rather than a flood.

Safety
Water on a kitchen floor next to a live appliance is a shock risk before it is a repair: switch the machine off at its breaker before mopping underneath it, and never reach behind a wet panel with the power on. Close the supply valve before touching any water fitting, and dry the floor properly — a wet floor under a cabinet rots the carcass long before anyone notices.
When to call a technician
Call when the gasket is clean and sound, the detergent is ruled out, the fittings are dry and water still appears — at that point it is a tub or pump seal, which means the machine comes out. Call immediately if water is reaching a socket or running under cabinetry, because the damage outruns the repair. Parts come from the seller listing, and the hose set and the filter are normally the only two serviceable items offered.
