The short answer
A countertop Jeenow machine drains by pumping up into the sink, so the hose decides everything: lying in standing water, or draped too low, it siphons back or will not clear at all. Check the hose position before looking inside the machine. A unit that is moved, connected and disconnected repeatedly fails at its connections long before it fails inside.

Causes, most likely first on a Jeenow dishwasher

Before you open anything
Safety
Switch the machine off at its breaker before reaching into the sump or behind the kickplate, and remember that water and a live circuit share that space. Broken glass in the sump is the commonest injury in this job, so look before you feel. Never run the machine with the door interlock defeated to watch the pump work.
When to call a technician
Call when the filter is clear, the hose is routed correctly, the disposer is proven and the water still stands — at that point the pump or its control is the answer, and both sit behind panels with water present. Call sooner if the machine trips its breaker when it tries to drain, because that is an electrical fault rather than a blockage. Parts come from the seller listing, and the hose set and the filter are normally the only two serviceable items offered.
