Where the owner job ends
Call once the outlet is proven live, the latch and door face are clean, the child lock is off and the oven still will not run — the remaining causes are all inside the cabinet. Call rather than experiment if the oven trips a breaker when you plug it in, and do not reset that breaker repeatedly: a repeated trip is the protection working, not a nuisance to be overridden.
