What the COSFDR family is
A COSFDR refrigerator is one platform sold under a set of model codes, and the complaints that actually arrive on it are the familiar four: it stops cooling, it makes a new noise, it leaks, or the ice stops. Cooling complaints dominate, and most of them are airflow rather than compressor — a condenser coil that cannot shed heat, or an evaporator that has iced over.

Owner work, and what is not
