The short answer
A Beko SMD microwave that runs a cycle but leaves the food cold has a high-voltage fault, and that is the one microwave symptom with essentially no owner repair behind it. - Test whether it heats with the door held firmly — Second. A difference here moves the whole diagnosis to the door and away from an expensive repair.
- Check the vents on the cabinet or trim kit — Third, and the only cause on the list an owner can clear: blocked vents make the oven shut its own heating down.
