Order matters more than usual in a set this small, because the cheapest item is also the most likely. The heat circuit is where to stop. On an electric dryer the element and terminal block are at 240 volts, and the cord connection must be exactly right rather than close enough. Restricted exhaust is the other hazard, because it is what opens a thermostat, and a replacement part without a cleared vent leaves the risk in place.
