Why everything lights up at once#
A single blinking indicator usually points somewhere specific. This pattern does the opposite: it lights all of them. That breadth is the message. Rather than naming a failed part, the panel is announcing a change of state for the whole machine — the cycle you started is paused where it stands.
It is easy to misread, because a wall of flashing lights looks like an alarm. On these models it is closer to a bookmark. The dishwasher stopped mid-cycle, held its place, and lit everything it has to make sure you noticed.

Reading it that way changes what you do next. There is no code to look up and no part implicated. There is a paused cycle waiting on the door it was interrupted by.
Clearing it#
- Close the door properly and give the dishwasher a moment — the suspended state exists because the run was interrupted, so removing the interruption is the first move.
- If the panel keeps flashing with the door shut, reset the control. Simply unplug the unit for 30 seconds.
- Then plug it back in.
- If the dishwasher is hard wired instead, turn the breaker off at the home's electrical panel that powers the dishwasher, for 30 seconds. Then turn the breaker back on.
The reset is deliberately the second move, not the first. A control that is correctly reporting a suspended cycle does not need resetting — it needs the cycle resumed.

Does this need a repair?#
Almost never on its own. Adding a forgotten item mid-cycle is a normal thing to do, and this panel behaviour is the designed response to it. Nothing is consumed, nothing wears, and no part is implicated by the flashing itself.
The version of this that justifies a service call looks different: every light still flashing with the door firmly shut, after a full power reset, on cycles you did not interrupt. That is the control panel failing to report its own state, and it is the one part associated with this behaviour. Testing it is a technician's job, not a parts-swap you should attempt from the front panel.
