Samsung Oven Vibrating or Shaking — Causes & Fix

A Samsung oven that vibrates or shakes is almost always doing it under convection or Air Fry, and the reason is the convection fan. Samsung's premium ovens use dual convection fans at the rear wall, and Air Fry leans on that forced air, so a fan that is dirty, unbalanced, or wearing its bearings shows up as vibration in Air Fry before you notice it in a plain bake.

4. Loose rack or internal part#

A rack not pushed fully into its slots, or a loose heat shield or clip, will buzz in sympathy with the fan. Pull every rack and accessory, run convection, and if the buzz stops, add them back one at a time to find the offender.

5. Door no longer seating#

Samsung ovens seal with a fiberglass rope gasket that hardens over years of thermal cycling, and once the door no longer seats tightly, the pressure swings inside the cavity let it rattle against the frame. Press firmly on the door during convection — if the vibration changes, the door fit or gasket is the issue.
