The two records are within 26 filings of each other. That is as close as any pairing in this material gets, and it means the percentages below can be read almost directly as counts — the usual caution about unequal denominators barely applies.
One difference at the top, and it is the whole page#
The control board leads both columns and separates them by 7 points: 13% of the Samsung reports, 87 filings, against 6% of the Whirlpool ones, 41 filings. On denominators this close, that is a genuine twofold difference in the number of complaints naming the same part.
