Fix Electrolux Refrigerator Won't Start

Most likely: no power reaching the fridge, or a failed start relay. A completely dead unit is usually a power issue — a tripped breaker, a failed outlet, or a GFCI — while a fridge with working lights that won't cool has power to the board but a failed compressor start relay.
